Food Allergies or Intolerances

Please inform us of any indications by email but only if they cause serious health impairments. Vegetarians will be able to select their food from the buffet.

Sponsorships

We are very sorry, but we are not able to support you financially in any way.
We encourage you to plan early and seek funding support and/or get a letter of invitation from your usual supporting organization and/or European partner organization to enable your participation. You will have to provide your own travel costs, related costs (e.g. visa fees, insurance fees) and conference fees plus accommodation.

Visa Application

We are very sorry, but we are not able to support you financially in any way.
If you live in a Non-EU country, you will probably need a visa to attend CCDC.
Start with your application asap as the visa process may take 3-4 months depending on whether you have been to Germany or any other Schengen state before.
Please go to the website of the German Federal Foreign Office where you find information about the German Embassy in your country.
There you will find out about the visa regulations for Germany.

Do you provide accommodation?
